Michelle Abi-Rached

 

 

 

Michelle Abi-Rached is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and currently serves on staff  at the Divine Mercy Clinic and Family Center under the supervision of Miriam Lopez, LMFT #48493.  She received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Studies from Cal Poly Pomona. She has experience working with people across the lifespan, from preschool through hospice. Before beginning her studies, she served in long-term care, supporting seniors and their families in a variety of capacities. She also served in education with preschool and elementary students. Michelle believes that each person is called to flourish and understands that counseling is a powerful tool to help on the journey towards healing. Through the integration of faith and psychology, she seeks to apply evidence-based clinical interventions while honoring the unique experiences of each client according to their God-given dignity.
